1. Using the service

InkOkay lets print shops upload proof files and share secure links with their customers, who can review, approve, or request changes without creating an account. Print shop coordinators sign in with their own email address and a password they set themselves.

2. Accounts & access

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Nobody else — including your shop's admin and us — can see it; an admin can only send you a reset link.

You can also turn on two-factor sign-in, which emails you a six-digit code each time you sign in. Your shop's admin can require it for everyone. Because both the code and password reset links are sent by email, keeping access to your email account secure is part of keeping your InkOkay account secure — if you lose access to that inbox, an admin can turn two-factor off for you, but nobody can recover the account on your behalf.

Proof links are unique per recipient — please don't forward them to anyone who shouldn't have access to that job.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the proof files, notes, and other content you upload to InkOkay. You're responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you upload, and for its accuracy. We only use your content to operate the service on your behalf — to store it, display it to the people you've shared it with, and notify them about it.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't use InkOkay to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to share.
• Attempt to access another print shop's account, jobs, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to circumvent its security.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Text message (SMS) notifications

Program description. InkOkay offers optional text message notifications related to print jobs you are already involved in. Customers may receive reminders that a proof is waiting for their approval. Print shop staff may receive reminders about tasks assigned to them. These are operational, transactional messages only — InkOkay does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. Text messages are off by default. You receive them only if a print shop has enabled messaging, someone has provided your mobile number for this purpose, and messaging has been switched on for that specific job or task. By providing your mobile number, or by asking a print shop to add it, you consent to receive the notifications described above at that number, including messages delivered by automated means.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your job and task activity — for example, how often a proof reminder is scheduled, or how often a recurring task comes due.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. InkOkay does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may also ask your print shop to remove your number, or contact us directly.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at hello@inkokay.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent to receive text messages is shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on major U.S. carriers, but delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions outside our control.

6. Service availability

We work to keep InkOkay available and reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

InkOkay is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delays or errors in a print job caused by information exchanged through InkOkay.

8. Termination

You can stop using InkOkay at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of InkOkay after a change means you accept the updated terms.
